Deborah Kloiber is head of the Archives and Special Collections, managing both the records of St. Kate's history and outside collections on the themes of women and social justice. She specializes in making the past accessible, working with faculty and students to incorporate the Archives' rich resources into classroom assignments. Deborah's interest in archives arose from her background as a professional dancer, and she has worked in the American Dance Festival archives in Durham, NC.
Deborah has a Masters in Information Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and an AB in Dance from Mount Holyoke College. She is also a certified archivist and recently earned a Digital Archives Specialist certificate.
