Fill out the request form below and click on the Submit button to send your request via email. Please deliver a high-quality, unstapled, single-sided photocopy of each item to the Reference/Circulation Librarian.

COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS

The library strictly adheres to the CSC Copyright Policy for placing paper and electronic copies of articles and book chapters on reserve. Upon submitting this form, a copy will automatically be sent to the Bookstore. Copyright permission must be secured each semester the item is placed on reserve. Any questions regarding copyright, please contact the Bookstore (bookstore@stkate.edu or 651-690-7766).
