Videos and films owned by the St. Catherine Libraries and other CLIC institutions may be borrowed for classroom viewing through Media Services. To be sure a tape is available when needed, book as far in advance as possible.

For assistance booking videos, contact MaryEllen Brown at x7793. Please include the date and time the video is needed.  Request videos with the Minneapolis Campus Classroom, Equipment and Media Order Form or pick up an instruction sheet in rack outside of Media Room 445C.

To see what videos and films are available, search:

Equipment lists & policies

Most classrooms should have an overhead projector and a  TV/VCR.  For other equipment listed below, submit a request form. This means you will need to submit a reserve form for equipment and media by 12noon the day before you wish to use them. Media will be checked out to you and left at the Circulation Desk in the Library for you to pickup before class. (Note: Any media checked out at the Circulation Desk that is on Reserve is checked out for 3 hours only. Reserving material via the Minneapolis Campus Classroom, Equipment and Media Order Form will facilitate pick up of media and alleviate overdue notices). Forms for ordering equipment are on-line or pick up an instruction sheet found in the wall rack outside room 445C.

For equipment and media weekend orders, please contact Ron Carlson at x7792 or MaryEllen Brown x7793 by 12noon on Friday before the weekend, so the necessary equipment and/or media can be delivered to your office. If not reserved by this time on Friday, it will NOT be available for your use on the weekend. Circulation Desk Assistants can not access equipment and the library is not open for early pick-up (see library hours ).

Note: Report burned out overhead lamps or defective equipment to x7792. Leave a message with your name, phone number, and the classroom. Repaires will be completed at the first opportunity.
