You may have pop-up windows blocked in your browser; set your browser to allow pop-ups instead. The presentation window opens, but I can't see/hear the video. These tutorials work best with a broadband internet connection. Check the connection information below. Make sure you have Windows Media Player version 9 or 10 installed. If you don't, you can download it for free from Microsoft. If you are accessing the tutorials from your place of work, your employer may have a firewall in place blocking access. Try to view the tutorial from your home or other computer outside your workplace. Help! I still can't access the tutorials. System Requirements Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows 2003 Full system requirements for Mediasite Windows: Firefox or Internet Explorer These tutorials will not run on Netscape A broadband connection (DSL, cable, etc.) is preferred. The video will run on a dial-up modem, but will be very slow. Do not use a wireless network--the speed may not be fast enough, and the video will never load. You must have your computer plugged in to an internet connection. |
