Troubleshooting
I click on a link for a tutorial and nothing happens.
If you are using wireless Internet access, try switching to a wired connection.
You may have pop-up windows blocked in your browser; set your browser to allow pop-ups instead.
The presentation window opens, but I can't see/hear the video.
You may be using a browser that doesn't work with Mediasite. Check the compatible browsers below.
These tutorials work best with a broadband internet connection. Check the connection information below.
Make sure you have Windows Media Player version 9 or 10 installed. If you don't, you can download it for free from Microsoft.
Note for Mac users: If you use Flip4Mac you may be able to see the video, but there will not be any sound. You must install Windows Media Player.
If you are accessing the tutorials from your place of work, your employer may have a firewall in place blocking access. Try to view the tutorial from your home or other computer outside your workplace.
Help! I still can't access the tutorials.

Windows: Firefox or Internet Explorer

These tutorials will not run on Netscape
A broadband connection (DSL, cable, etc.) is preferred. The video will run on a dial-up modem, but will be very slow.
Do not use a wireless network--the speed may not be fast enough, and the video will never load. You must have your computer plugged in to an internet connection.
