Library Instruction & Tours
CSC Faculty may request an instructional session that will teach students how to effectively use Library resources for research projects. Working with librarians, the content of instructional sessions may be tailored to fit the needs of the assignment. Library instruction is usually offered in a computer classroom setting. Due to the limitations of librarians' schedules and classroom space in the library, faculty should make arrangements as early as possible to ensure that staff and space will be available. Informal tours of the Library (usually 10-20 minutes) may also be arranged by contacting the librarian assigned to your academic department.
