Reproduction Fees
Orders for reproduction of materials from the Ade Bethune Collection are accepted at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any order. To place an order, use the Request for reproduction of materials (pdf).
Reproductions of items are provided for personal use only. Copies may not be later duplicated or transferred to or deposited with another person or institution.
If you wish to publish, exhibit, display on a web page, or make other, non-personal, use of an item from the Ade Bethune Collection, you must request permission in writing.
Orders will be filled as time permits; orders for large amounts of material, if accepted, may take a substantial amount of time. Deadlines must be made known and agreed to by us in advance.
Due to variations in email systems and attachment capacities, we will not send more than a single scanned reproduction as an email attachment. Multiple reproductions will be provided on CD-R.
Shipping will normally be by U.S. Postal Service, with a shipping and handling charge of $5.00. We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage in shipping. Federal Express or other expedited shipping may be provided at the requestor's expense.
