National Girls and Women in Sports Day

Celebrated this year on February 7, the theme of the 21st annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day is "Throw like a girl--Lead like a champion!" The purpose of NGWSD is "honoring the achievements and encouraging participation of girls and women in sports."
