Individual Study Rooms Now Available to Reserve!

Individual Study Room Access

St. Kate's will be offering individual students access to our study rooms by reservation. There are 12 rooms available, and there are a variety of time slots. The study rooms will be closed for an hour after each time slot for cleaning, and they will not be available at those times. For more information on the University policies, please see the information at Shared Spaces and Study Areas.

To view available time slots and book a study room, please check Sign Up Genius.

Library hours are subject to change. To view up-to-date service hours, please check the library calendar.

Here is what you need to know about booking an individual study room:

  1. Make a reservation ahead of time. You can show up at any time during the time slot you book, but you do need to leave at the end of the time slot so that the space can be cleaned.
  2. Wait to receive a confirmation email in your St. Kate's email inbox letting you know the room has been booked for you.
  3. Arrive during your time slot. Make sure to bring your St. Kate's ID. When you arrive at the library, please ring the doorbell. A library staff member will check your ID, verify you've filled out the Daily Symptom Self Screen, and check you into your study room.

For additional information, please see our Resources for the St. Kate's Community During COVID.
