Individual Study Rooms Now Available to Reserve!

Individual Study Room Access

St. Kate's will be offering individual students access to our study rooms by reservation. There are 12 rooms available, and there will be two time slots M-F and one on Saturdays. The library will be closed for an hour after each time slot for cleaning, and the study rooms will not be available at those times.

These hours begin Wednesday, September 9th and are subject to change. To view up-to-date service hours, please check the library calendar.

Monday - Thursday
  • 8am - 12pm
  • 1pm - 5pm
  • 8am - 12pm
  • 1pm - 3pm
  • 12pm - 4pm

Here is what you need to know:

  1. Make a reservation ahead of time. You can show up at any time during the time slot you book, but you do need to leave at the end of the time slot.
  2. Wait to receive a confirmation email in your St. Kate's email inbox letting you know the room has been booked for you.
  3. Arrive during your time slot. Make sure to bring your St. Kate's ID. When you arrive at the library, please ring the doorbell. A library staff member will check your ID, verify you've filled out the Daily Symptom Self Screen, and check you into your study room.
