Scholarship & Creative Works Celebration

Celebrate Our Scholarship

Join us today, April 27, from 3-5pm in the St. Paul Library as we celebrate the scholarship of the faculty and staff at St. Catherine University. Drinks and appetizers will be served.

Dr. Colleen Hegranes, Executive Vice President and Provost, the St. Catherine Libraries, Media Services, & Archives, and Office of Research and Sponsored Programs present the scholarship, creative works, and scholarly grants and contracts from May 2016 to April 2017.

Scholarship at St. Catherine University is rich and expansive. The scholarship and creative works celebrated today include works done by our prestigious faculty and staff: directing choral performances and solo art exhibits; research on Middle East economics and children’s literature; publications and presentations on gait analysis and school-to-prison pipeline; grants for innovative high altitude balloon research and mapping social justice initiatives.

St. Catherine University is proud of the breadth and diversity of this scholarship and creative works and celebrates the successful enterprises of her faculty and staff through recognition and encouraging the scholarly conversation to occur across disciplines through a university-wide celebration.

We hope to see you today!
