We are thrilled to invite you to the One Read for Racial Justice International Film Festival! This event series is a collaborative effort between the Literature, Language and Writing Department, Library & Archives, and the Neufeld Liberal Arts program fund. Access to the films was possible through a grant received by Pragda.
Each film was selected because it expanded on a theme from this year’s One Read for Racial Justice book, The Stars and the Blackness Between Them by Junauda Petrus and offered a global perspective. Additionally, each film is co-hosted by a different department or group on campus.
Every discussion will include ASL interpretation and popcorn.
We encourage people to register so we can plan based on turnout, offer any necessary accessibility accommodations, and order refreshments that are inclusive to the audience.
